1. Scope and responsibility

Slotnex is a scheduling and workspace application for professionals who provide services. This policy applies to Slotnex account holders and to information processed through the application.

Account holders may enter information about their own clients. In that situation, the account holder is responsible for obtaining any consent or other legal basis required to process that information and for responding appropriately to their clients' privacy rights.

2. Information we process

Account and profile information

This may include your user identifier, email address, name, profile image URL supplied by your identity provider, authentication provider, profession, workspace name, and account setup status.

Workspace information you provide

Depending on how you use Slotnex, this may include client names, telephone numbers, dates of birth, notes, appointment details, service information, payment records, expenses, and other content entered by you.

Technical and subscription information

We process identifiers and timestamps needed for synchronization, authentication session information, and subscription status or purchase identifiers needed to provide paid features.

Files stored locally

At present, client and appointment images and expense attachments are kept on the user's device and are not uploaded by Slotnex cloud synchronization. Device-local data may be removed through application controls or by uninstalling the application.

3. Why we use information

• To authenticate users and maintain their accounts.
• To provide scheduling and workspace functionality.
• To provide cloud backup, synchronization, and multi-device access when available.
• To process and verify subscription access.
• To maintain security, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Slotnex does not sell personal information or use workspace content for targeted advertising.

4. Service providers

We use service providers that process limited information on our behalf and according to their contractual and security commitments:

• Supabase — authentication, database hosting, and synchronization infrastructure.
• Google — Google Sign-In, Google Play distribution, and Google Play Billing on Android.
• Apple — Sign in with Apple and App Store distribution or billing where available.
• RevenueCat — subscription status and entitlement management.

These providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their processing is also governed by their applicable terms and privacy policies.

5. Retention and deletion

Cloud information is generally retained while your Slotnex account remains active or as needed to provide requested services. You may request deletion of your account and associated cloud data at any time.

Some limited records may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. Purchase and billing records maintained by an app store are controlled by that store and may be retained under its own legal requirements.

Visit the account deletion page to submit a request. Deleting a Slotnex account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play or App Store subscription.

6. Security

Data transmitted between Slotnex and its cloud services is protected in transit using encrypted HTTPS or secure WebSocket connections. Access controls are used to separate each account's cloud records. No method of electronic storage or transmission can, however, guarantee absolute security.

Users are responsible for protecting access to their devices and identity-provider accounts.

7. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information associated with your Slotnex account. You can also choose not to enter optional workspace information.

Slotnex is intended for professional users and is not directed to children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Slotnex changes. The current version and its effective date will remain available on this page.
